I saw this porcupine fish while snorkeling off of Maho Bay. I’ve seen plenty of these fish over the years but this was the first time I had the opportunity to see one fully inflated. I guess I startled him when I came up behind him suddenly. Sorry the video is in black and white. Next time I’ll learn to use the underwater camera before I just take off into the water!
