Before I visit any big city I do some research on best local cuisines and restaurants to try. On this visit to Paris I had on my list to try the Bistrot Paul Bert. This well known classic bistrot is popular for serving traditional dishes and some unique Parisian cuisine too.
The food at Bistrot Paul Bert is delicious and reasonably priced. I started with scallops and some calamari. Then for the main course ordered the pork chop and veal stew. The pork chop may have been the best I have ever eaten. I enjoyed the entire meal with a great French red wine and finished the evening up with a souffle and home made ice cream.
This was a great dining experience and one of my favorite meals in Paris. I highly recommend Bistrot Paul Bert and can’t wait to go back.

The pictures in the blog are mouth-watering I feel like just taking the plate off and eating everything from it. I think I am just waiting for my France visa so that I can get it and travel to Paris and enjoy all these delicious dishes.
