In the summer months the Flamboyant trees are in full bloom and look beautiful against the blue waters of Cruz Bay. Cruz Bay is the busiest of the bays on the island of St John. Monday Night Seafood Buffet at Caneel Bay Resort
Every Monday night the Caneel Bay Resort hosts an all you can eat seafood buffet that includes all the caribbean lobster you handle. I ate two and a half lobsters! At any one time the grill is cooking up twenty or thirty lobsters. Other items included shrimp, grouper, salads, and a very large dessert offering.
