On this evening I ordered the house speciality, whole chicken and gnocchi. I started off with French champagne and assorted cheeses, then followed it up with, quite frankly, the best French onion soup I have ever eaten. Great French red wine, french fries, and of course, wonderful desserts rounded out the evening.
Balthazar is a dining experience and well known as one of NY City’s finest restaurants. Be sure to put it on your list of must eats in NY City.
