Apollo Lunar Suit – The Smithsonian – National Air and Space Museum – Washington DC
On display at the National Air and Space Museum is the original space suit worn by Astronaut David Scott on the Apollo 15 mission to the moon. It still has moon dust on it. Amazing! Apollo 15 was the ninth manned mission in the United States’ Apollo program, the fourth to land on the moon.

The Lincoln Memorial – Washington DC
On the west end of The National Mall stands the memorial to the nation’s 16th President, Abraham Lincoln. The Memorial is a magnificent structure, and upon my first visit made me feel so overwhelmed with pride.
